What measures are The Home of Gifts taking to ensure customer safety during COVID-19?

Our dispatch centre is working under strict safeguarding conditions which go above and beyond government guidelines. These include social distancing and hygiene policies which ensure our team remains isolated and their stations disinfected. Each packing station has anti-bacterial and anti-viral wipes and gels to ensure all items are cleaned.

Our couriers Royal Mail are operating non-contact deliveries as standard during this period.

 

What measures are The Home of Gifts taking to ensure the safety of its team?

We have reduced our warehouse team so that we can safely and strictly adhere to our social distancing policy which ensures staff are never within 2m of each other. We have also closed all communal areas.

We have installed hygiene points in several locations across the site to ensure that hands and equipment is kept clean and disinfected.

 

Why should I shop at The Home of Gifts?

We are the only source where you can shop the entire Bambino by Juliana, Amore by Juliana, Celebrations, Impressions and Disney gifts collections.

We offer beautiful gift boxes and a truly special unboxing experience. If you send someone a gift from us, it doesn’t just come in a bog standard brown cardboard shipping box.

We are exclusively designed in the UK so you are supporting British business and talent.

We work closely with Hope for Justice and The Slave Free Alliance to ensure the highest ethical standards from our global factory base.

We support local charities in Oldham and Manchester.

We use Royal Mail as our designated couriers.

We hope to be able to offer alternate shipping methods soon. 

 

If I don’t like my item can I get a refund?

If you are not happy for any reason you can return the item to us for a full refund, so long as there is no damage. Please note that clothing items which have been worn or with the tags removed cannot be returned.

You will be required to include the returns slip which we provide and to pay the shipping charge.

TIP: Take care with the shipping packaging and you should be able to return your item in that.

 

What if my item is broken or damaged when I get it?

If your item is broken or damaged when it arrives please contact enquiries@thehomeofgifts.com with a photo of your damaged item. We may not require it to be sent back. We will then organise a replacement or provide a full refund.

Are returns free?

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer free returns. However, you will be refunded your purchase if the item is returned in a resalable condition.

We hope to offer free refunds in the future.
